Shipping & Delivery

At MFX, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, safely, and with care.

Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During promotional periods, product launches, or peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Please note our warehouse does not operate on weekends or Australian public holidays.


Australia Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD
  • Standard Shipping $15 AUD
  • Express Shipping $20 AUD

Important Dispatch Notice:

Until local stock becomes available in June, some orders may be dispatched directly from our overseas warehouse. Please allow approximately  7–12 business days  for delivery after dispatch. We will provide tracking details once your order has been shipped

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: may take longer depending on carrier routes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier network.

Please note international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or return-to-sender parcels.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.


Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather events, peak seasons, or courier disruptions.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact our support team and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products, ponytails, toppers, and hair accessories cannot be returned once opened, worn, tried on, or removed from original packaging unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

For eligible returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
